The foundation of Talents123’s Educational Program is based on Waldorf, Montessori and Reggio Emilia’s non traditional approaches of teaching and learning.
Our philosophy is centralized around the belief in the natural abilities and capabilities of children. We create an environment where children learn at their individual pace, inspired by their own choices and guided by their natural self-righting forces.
Our setting is carefully prepared providing an appropriate, stimulating and sensitive environment, so that learning through discovery and self-direction is nurtured.
According to scientific research; learning through these philosophies during early childhood has been linked to long term academic achievement and sustainable thirst for learning. Here is a glimpse of some conclusion drawn by reputable scientists and researchers:
“Montessori students proved to be significantly better prepared for elementary school in reading and mathematics” (1)
“Why Waldorf Works? children are cultivated in a way to maintain, over the long term, a joy and love of learning” (2)
“Children taught through Reggio Emilia approach, further their growth and understanding of the world around them” (3).
